Partners in School Innovation renews the promise of public education.
Since 1993, Partners in School Innovation has been on a mission to transform teaching and learning in the most challenged U.S. public schools so that every student thrives.
Our vision: A thriving system of public schools that have an unwavering focus on results and are vibrant places to teach, learn, and grow.
To achieve our mission and vision, we work alongside schools and districts collaboratively, with an assets-based mindset, with a systems perspective, and in ways that allow us to constantly learn and improve.
We are a human-centered learning organization.
We know what it takes to improve schools because we have been successful teachers and leaders in underserved communities.
We are also honest about how oppression in our country shapes students’ experiences at school, and are optimistic that we can transform that reality. This includes examining race, class, culture, and power in society, within Partners as an organization, and in ourselves as individuals.
This reflection helps us build bridges across different identities, collaborate in diverse teams, and push ourselves to help create a better future for all students.
